To celebrate this year’s Father’s Day, we tagged along for a ride with HRUK ambassador Bryony Frost and her father, Jimmy, to ask them both about the roles that they’ve played in each other's careers and lives. While Jimmy won the Grand National in 1989 on Little Polveir, Bryony has become the most successful female National Hunt jump jockey in the sport’s history, with wins in the Ryanair Chase and King George to her name. Riding just outside the gorgeous Dartmoor countryside, the two discussed Bryony’s childhood, the lessons that they’ve learned from each other and even who the better jockey is.
So from the Frosts and everybody at HRUK, we hope you all have a lovely day.
